KYC checks shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes to submit your information. You’ll be asked to take a photo of your ID and of your face through Instapass, you will also need to provide some information about yourself. Then you will need to upload a proof of address document from the list of approved documents which features your name, current address, and is dated within the last 120 days. Lastly you will be asked to confirm whether or not you or any close relations are a PEP (politically exposed person). Once that is done it’s just a matter of waiting for your application to be reviewed and verified.
Your ID verification should be completed within 24 hours, although usually it is much quicker. If there is a problem with your ID verification you will receive an email from support@instapass.io. Once your ID verification has been approved, one of our team will manually review your address documentation. This can take up to 48 hours. If there are any problems one of our support team will email you to let you know. Otherwise you will receive an email to let you know your KYC has been completed.
